When you connect your Google account, we access the following:

• Basic profile information (name, email)
• Google Calendar events you create or manage through FlowSignal
• Permission to read and write calendar events created in the app

We do not access your emails, contacts, files, or other Google data.

FlowSignal uses Google OAuth solely to create, update, and sync your appointments.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information (Google Analytics)

When you use FlowSignal, we automatically collect certain information through Google Analytics and similar technologies:

• Device type, operating system, and browser information
• IP address and general geographic location
• Pages visited and features used within FlowSignal
• Date and time of visits
• Referral sources

This information is collected and used solely to improve our service. We do not sell this analytics data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

• Sync appointments with Google Calendar

• Google Cloud Firestore
• Firebase Authentication

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with FlowSignal and to improve our service. Google Analytics collects information such as:

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this data. We do not use Google Analytics to collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number.

6.1 Revoke Google Access

6.2 Delete Your Account

You may delete your account and all associated data by contacting: info@flowsignal.io

6.3 Request Complete Data Removal

If you request deletion, we permanently erase:

• Calendar tokens
• Firestore documents

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only while your FlowSignal account is active.

When access is revoked or the account is deleted:

• Google Calendar tokens are permanently deleted
• Firestore records linked to your account are erased

8. Children's Privacy

FlowSignal is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed.

Updated versions will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Data Sharing and Disclosure

FlowSignal does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.

We only share Google user data with third parties when strictly necessary to provide our core services, specifically:

• Google Cloud / Firebase – for secure storage, authentication, and backend processing
• Google Calendar API – to create, update, and manage your calendar events
• Service providers who assist in operating FlowSignal (such as hosting or infrastructure vendors), all bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements

We do not share Google user data with advertisers, analytics companies (except Google Analytics for usage insights), or any other external parties.

We do not transfer Google data to any third party except as required to operate the features you explicitly use.

We do not allow human access to Google user data unless:

• You explicitly request support requiring such access, or
• It is necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

FlowSignal does not combine Google user data with third-party data for marketing or profiling purposes.
